How long does approval take?

Do I need a website to join?

Not necessarily. Any verifiable traffic source works — YouTube channel, newsletter, TikTok, Instagram, Discord. What we won't accept is 'coming soon' pages or empty profiles.

Can I have multiple partner accounts?

Accepted Answer

No. One person, one account. We detect duplicates by tax ID, IP, and payment details. Extra accounts get frozen and their balances forfeit.

What if I'm declined?

You'll get a specific reason. Most declines are because we couldn't verify the traffic source. You can reapply after 30 days with better information.

How fast do conversions show up?

For real-time postback networks (Admitad, PartnerStack, Rewardful), within seconds. For pull networks (Awin, FlexOffers, CJ), once per day at 06:00 UTC.

What if a conversion doesn't show up?

Accepted Answer

First check the click reached the brand's site (your subid should appear in the URL). If it did but no conversion appears, the brand may not have finalized attribution yet. Contact support with the click details and we'll investigate with the network.

How is attribution decided when a visitor clicks multiple partners' links?

Last-click wins. Whoever's cookie is freshest when the conversion happens gets the credit.

Can I use link shorteners like Bit.ly?

Most shorteners work fine — they preserve the full URL including your click ID. Some legacy shorteners strip parameters. Test by clicking your own link and verifying the destination contains ?subid=.

When do I actually get paid?

You can request a payout weekly, whenever your Available balance is above $25. Processing time: crypto and gift cards same day, bank transfers 1-3 business days.

Why is there a 7-day hold?

It protects both of us from late chargebacks. When a brand pays Dune for a conversion, it sits in Held for 7 days before releasing to Available. If a chargeback lands during the hold, we deduct from Held rather than clawing money back from you.

What's the processing fee?

Flat 5% on every payout. Covers banking, crypto network, and gift card processing.

What payout methods do you support?

Bank transfer (international via SWIFT), crypto (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL), and gift cards (Amazon, Apple, Google Play, Steam, Visa prepaid).

Do you handle taxes for me?

US partners over $600/year get a 1099-NEC. Non-US partners receive gross payments and are responsible for local tax reporting. We don't withhold.

Can I bid on brand names in Google Ads?

Almost never allowed. Each brand card lists its exact rules — but the default answer for trademark bidding is no.

Only if the brand explicitly permits it in its rules. Many brands block coupon traffic because it cannibalizes their own conversion.

First offense: warning + affected conversion reversed. Repeated: brand access revoked. Fraud: account suspended, balance forfeit, ban shared with upstream networks.
